# Connect Lovable apps to the live web with Parallel

Parallel is now live in Lovable.

Starting today, Lovable users can easily create apps that tap into Parallel’s full AI web search platform to gather and synthesize relevant, fresh, and reliable information from across the open web.

Parallel makes developing with web data easy, and with Lovable, it’s never been simpler to build production-ready apps and services powered by information from the web:

- Automate web search for **quick facts,** such as what happened in the news yesterday

To get started, tag @parallel in the chatbox or simply ask Lovable to add Parallel. You’ll be prompted to make the connection in just two clicks.

You can also add Parallel via Lovable’s [Connectors](https://lovable.dev/dashboard?connectors=&subtab=connector-detail&connector=parallel) directory. Find Parallel, and add the connection. Choose the managed option and you're done. Usage is billed through your Lovable credits, or you can bring your own API key from the [Parallel platform](https://platform.parallel.ai/home).
